Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least three years of B2B outside consultative sales experience
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to travel extensively within territory including San Antonio and Austin metro areas
  • Proficiency with sales and customer relationship management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license for frequent travel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years B2B outside consultative sales experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
  • Experience in a split compensation structure comprising base salary plus commission
  • Consultative sales expertise including persuasion, negotiation, and influencing decision-makers
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Salesforce experience preferred
  • Previous experience selling in the multifamily industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and able to work autonomously
  • Commitment to continuous learning and development
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Drive new business by identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients within assigned territory
  • Expand and retain accounts by maintaining client retention and increasing revenue from existing clients
  • Build strong industry relationships with property managers, regional managers, property owners, and management groups
  • Generate leads and grow sales pipeline through networking, industry associations, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting
  • Manage the sales cycle including follow-up on inbound leads and ensuring timely responses to prospects
  • Facilitate seamless transitions by coordinating with operations teams for service launch and conducting client orientations
  • Track and report sales activities and progress using Salesforce
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations leaders to address service challenges and develop strategic plans
  • Invest in continuous professional growth and refine sales approaches
