Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B outside consultative sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
- Previous multifamily industry sales experience preferred
- Self-driven and competitive with strong autonomy
- Proficiency in persuasion and negotiation
- Tech-savvy with Salesforce experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license for frequent travel

Job Duties
- Drive new business by identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, driving revenue and achieving monthly sales targets within your designated territory
- Expand and retain accounts by maintaining client retention while increasing revenue from existing accounts
- Build strong industry relationships by engaging property managers, regional managers, property owners, and management groups to expand market presence
- Generate leads and pipeline growth through networking, email campaigns, and outbound prospecting efforts
- Manage the sales cycle by following up on inbound leads and sales contact requests, ensuring prospects receive timely responses
- Facilitate seamless transitions by playing a key role in transitioning clients to the operations team during service launch and conducting start-up orientations
- Track and report progress by maintaining accurate records using Salesforce to optimize performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations leaders to align priorities, address challenges, and develop strategic plans
- Invest in growth through professional development and refining sales techniques continuously
