Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
- Previous director or higher role in restaurant management
- Strong financial skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Tech savvy with experience in restaurant management tools
- Willingness to travel more than 50 percent of the time
- Demonstrated work history stability and commitment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a multi-unit restaurant role
- Previous experience as a director level or higher
- Demonstrated leadership skills in restaurant operations
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with restaurant technology and management software
- Ability to travel extensively across the West Coast
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations
- Develop and implement operational strategies and standards to maximize efficiency and quality
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Lead, mentor, and support restaurant management teams to achieve business goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Utilize technology to improve operational processes and reporting
- Conduct regular site visits and audits
- Travel extensively to provide on-site leadership and training
