Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in multi-unit restaurant operations
  • Previous director or higher role in restaurant management
  • Strong financial skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Tech savvy with experience in restaurant management tools
  • Willingness to travel more than 50 percent of the time
  • Demonstrated work history stability and commitment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a multi-unit restaurant role
  • Previous experience as a director level or higher
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in restaurant operations
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with restaurant technology and management software
  • Ability to travel extensively across the West Coast

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and standards to maximize efficiency and quality
  • Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Lead, mentor, and support restaurant management teams to achieve business goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • Utilize technology to improve operational processes and reporting
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits
  • Travel extensively to provide on-site leadership and training
