Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Business Administration Finance or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in finance or program management preferably within event management or hospitality industry
- Proficiency with MS Office including advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Colorado Springs area
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Prior destination management company experience preferred
- Prior event production or hospitality experience preferred
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Accounting Business Administration or Finance is a plus
- Intermediate to high proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Salesforce and/or NetSuite experience is beneficial
- Basic understanding of accounting and business principles
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
- Ability to cross-train with PRA Finance members and other Regional Program Finance Managers as needed
- Demonstrates a personal commitment to organizational excellence honesty integrity and ethics
- Strong analytical critical thinking and judgment skills
- Strong attention to detail with a measure twice cut once mentality
- Self-motivated with effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with clients suppliers and colleagues

Job Duties
- Work with the Program Performance Team to invoice clients for all deposits in a timely manner in accordance with contractual terms and master service agreements
- Monitor incoming payments and follow up with clients as needed to ensure timely collections and minimal disruptions to program cash flow
- Process client refunds when applicable ensuring all required documentation is complete and properly filed
- Review the region's weekly accounts receivable aging report and proactively follow up with clients on outstanding balances
- Collaborate with PRA Event Producers and the Finance Department to complete the program close-out process within 15 days following event operations including reviewing client-facing documents for errors, reconciling revenue and cost details, calculating commissions and rebates, verifying sales tax charges, preparing comprehensive financial packages, and processing necessary changes
- Own the setup and ongoing maintenance of regional supplier records ensuring credit accounts and payment terms are accurately established and maintain up-to-date vendor documentation including W-9s, banking details, and certificates of insurance
- Work with the Regional Vice President on any ad hoc financial reporting or project needs
- Ensure program folders are up to date with all required documents
- Oversee petty cash or cash advance reporting of regional offices
- Assist with regional time-tracking reports data maintenance and team communication
- Support enhancements of PRA software including Salesforce and Event Cost Sheet when required
