Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in healthcare outreach, marketing, or patient relations a plus
Bilingual in Spanish
Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Reliable transportation and current driver’s license with proof of auto insurance
Willingness to travel to community events
Passion for helping families and improving access to dental care

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Community mobilization and/or volunteer recruitment and management experience
Strong public speaking experience
Bilingual in Spanish is required

Job Duties

Engage with local schools, community groups, and events to promote our dental services
Build relationships with families, partners, and providers to drive new patient growth
Schedule patient appointments on-site during community outreach events
Support marketing efforts with promotional materials and regional campaigns
Track outreach results and help shape local growth strategies
