Job Requirements

  • proven experience as a successful pastry chef
  • three plus years experience in pastry kitchen preparation and cooking
  • strong attention to detail
  • creative with a problem-solving approach
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • extensive knowledge of food preparation, sanitation principles, baking techniques and nutrition
  • must be available to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

  • uphold cleanliness and sanitation in compliance with health regulations
  • report product shortages and equipment issues promptly
  • participate in employee meetings offering improvement suggestions
  • prioritize guest experience in all tasks
