Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of management experience in contract foodservice industry
- Experience in premium services catering and concessions preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service and leadership abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under deadlines
- Flexibility to work extended hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of accounting policies procedures and POS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel as required

- Experience in premium services catering and concessions for sports and entertainment venues preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and management capabilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations across multiple venues ensuring consistency quality and operational excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third-party partners
- Travel regularly to conduct quality audits support leadership and participate in strategic meetings
- Lead new venue openings including planning execution and operational readiness
- Develop and execute menus and wine lists manage guest relations and ensure quality standards
- Partner with colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive food and beverage programs
- Manage labor and operating supply costs ensuring budget compliance and high service standards
- Maintain equipment operational readiness and cleanliness as per standards
- Implement and oversee training programs for consistent high-level service
- Determine appropriate staffing levels monitor labor costs forecasts and budgets
- Optimize staffing plans to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
- Participate in employee engagement and incentive program development
- Maintain accurate inventory levels aligned with event needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives
