Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of management experience in contract foodservice industry
  • Experience in premium services catering and concessions preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service and leadership abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under deadlines
  • Flexibility to work extended hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Knowledge of accounting policies procedures and POS systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Willingness to travel as required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years management experience in contract foodservice industry
  • Experience in premium services catering and concessions for sports and entertainment venues preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations across multiple venues ensuring consistency quality and operational excellence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third-party partners
  • Travel regularly to conduct quality audits support leadership and participate in strategic meetings
  • Lead new venue openings including planning execution and operational readiness
  • Develop and execute menus and wine lists manage guest relations and ensure quality standards
  • Partner with colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive food and beverage programs
  • Manage labor and operating supply costs ensuring budget compliance and high service standards
  • Maintain equipment operational readiness and cleanliness as per standards
  • Implement and oversee training programs for consistent high-level service
  • Determine appropriate staffing levels monitor labor costs forecasts and budgets
  • Optimize staffing plans to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Participate in employee engagement and incentive program development
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels aligned with event needs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives
