Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of experience in general management
  • Ability to work 40-50 hours per week including weekends and early mornings
  • Reliable transportation to travel between locations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Proficiency in managing inventory and financial reports

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provide support, on-site training, motivation, encouragement, and accountability to store operations and brand integrity
  • Schedule and attend regular visits with store managers and supervisors
  • Standardize operational excellence by ensuring execution of operating systems across locations
  • Manage daily operations when managers or supervisors are unavailable
  • Direct staff and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and store profitability
  • Oversee store appearance, cleanliness, merchandising, food safety, and equipment maintenance
  • Interview, hire, train, and develop staff to uphold company standards
  • Seek opportunities to increase sales and manage expenses
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
  • Encourage team goal-setting and action plan development
  • Work 40-50 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages as needed
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and social media
  • Support new location openings including construction and setup
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and development to staff
  • Enforce dress code and maintain employee morale
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to meet business needs and labor cost goals
  • Assist in cash handling, point of sale accuracy, safety, and operational procedures
  • Maintain financial reports and store operational accountability
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, equipment inspection, and opening/closing reports
