Job Requirements

- Minimum two years of experience in general management
- Ability to work 40-50 hours per week including weekends and early mornings
- Reliable transportation to travel between locations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide support, on-site training, motivation, encouragement, and accountability to store operations and brand integrity
- Schedule and attend regular visits with store managers and supervisors
- Standardize operational excellence by ensuring execution of operating systems across locations
- Manage daily operations when managers or supervisors are unavailable
- Direct staff and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and store profitability
- Oversee store appearance, cleanliness, merchandising, food safety, and equipment maintenance
- Interview, hire, train, and develop staff to uphold company standards
- Seek opportunities to increase sales and manage expenses
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
- Encourage team goal-setting and action plan development
- Work 40-50 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages as needed
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and social media
- Support new location openings including construction and setup
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and development to staff
- Enforce dress code and maintain employee morale
- Manage staffing and scheduling to meet business needs and labor cost goals
- Assist in cash handling, point of sale accuracy, safety, and operational procedures
- Maintain financial reports and store operational accountability
- Oversee inventory, ordering, equipment inspection, and opening/closing reports
