Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in hospitality
  • at least 5 years in senior management overseeing multiple hotels
  • proven leadership ability
  • strong financial acumen
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to travel for site visits
  • proficiency in hotel management systems

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple properties preferred
  • demonstrated success in leading hotel operations, driving revenue growth, and achieving financial targets
  • excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • sound business acumen and financial management skills
  • in-depth knowledge of hotel operations, sales & marketing, and guest service
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems

Job Duties

  • Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction across multiple properties
  • lead and inspire hotel management teams to achieve financial and performance goals
  • cultivate a culture of service excellence that exceeds guest expectations
  • implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability
  • provide leadership and direction to Hotel General Managers and their teams
  • develop and implement regional strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance profitability
  • collaborate with Hotel General Managers to establish performance goals, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for improvement
