- 10+ years of experience in hospitality
- at least 5 years in senior management overseeing multiple hotels
- proven leadership ability
- strong financial acumen
- excellent communication skills
- ability to travel for site visits
- proficiency in hotel management systems

- at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple properties preferred
- demonstrated success in leading hotel operations, driving revenue growth, and achieving financial targets
- excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- exceptional organizational and time management skills
- sound business acumen and financial management skills
- in-depth knowledge of hotel operations, sales & marketing, and guest service
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
Job Duties
- Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction across multiple properties
- lead and inspire hotel management teams to achieve financial and performance goals
- cultivate a culture of service excellence that exceeds guest expectations
- implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability
- provide leadership and direction to Hotel General Managers and their teams
- develop and implement regional strategies to drive revenue growth, optimize operational efficiency, and enhance profitability
- collaborate with Hotel General Managers to establish performance goals, monitor progress, and identify opportunities for improvement
