Job Requirements
- 4+ years of management experience
- willingness to undergo a background check
- 4+ years of experience in food and beverage services
- 4+ years of experience in food & beverage management
Job Qualifications
- strong leadership, management, and team-building skills
- experience with operations management and implementing business strategies
- proficiency in monitoring performance metrics and achieving sales targets
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- understanding of the food service or hospitality industry is preferred
- ability to work on-site and travel between multiple locations
- bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
- proven ability to adapt and work collaboratively in fast-paced environments
