Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
- minimum 5 years in senior management role overseeing multiple properties
- proven leadership and team management skills
- strong financial expertise
- excellent communication skills
- ability to analyze and solve problems
- self-motivated with initiative
- ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry including at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple properties
- demonstrated success in leading hotel operations and achieving financial targets
- excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- exceptional organizational and time management skills
- sound business acumen and financial management skills
- in-depth knowledge of hotel operations, sales & marketing, and guest service
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems
Job Duties
- Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction across multiple properties
- lead and inspire hotel management teams to achieve financial and performance goals
- cultivate a culture of service excellence that exceeds guest expectations
- implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability
- provide leadership and direction to Hotel General Managers and their teams
- develop and implement regional strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency
- collaborate with Hotel General Managers to establish performance goals and monitor progress
- conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to brand standards and regulatory compliance
- ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints
- develop and manage regional budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives
- participate in recruitment and development of hotel staff
- evaluate performance of Hotel General Managers and provide constructive feedback
- represent the hotel brand at industry events and within the community
- collaborate with Sales & Marketing to increase occupancy and market share
- identify and pursue new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
- monitor market trends and competitor activity
- analyze guest feedback and implement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- develop and manage guest loyalty programs
- pass quality brand audits
