Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • minimum 5 years in senior management role overseeing multiple properties
  • proven leadership and team management skills
  • strong financial expertise
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to analyze and solve problems
  • self-motivated with initiative
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry including at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing multiple properties
  • demonstrated success in leading hotel operations and achieving financial targets
  • excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • sound business acumen and financial management skills
  • in-depth knowledge of hotel operations, sales & marketing, and guest service
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems

Job Duties

  • Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction across multiple properties
  • lead and inspire hotel management teams to achieve financial and performance goals
  • cultivate a culture of service excellence that exceeds guest expectations
  • implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability
  • provide leadership and direction to Hotel General Managers and their teams
  • develop and implement regional strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency
  • collaborate with Hotel General Managers to establish performance goals and monitor progress
  • conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to brand standards and regulatory compliance
  • ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints
  • develop and manage regional budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • participate in recruitment and development of hotel staff
  • evaluate performance of Hotel General Managers and provide constructive feedback
  • represent the hotel brand at industry events and within the community
  • collaborate with Sales & Marketing to increase occupancy and market share
  • identify and pursue new business opportunities and negotiate contracts
  • monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • analyze guest feedback and implement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • develop and manage guest loyalty programs
  • pass quality brand audits
