Job Duties
- provide support on-site training motivation encouragement and accountability to operations and brand integrity across multiple stores in the region
- schedule and attend regular store visits with managers and supervisors to ensure brand standards
- contribute to standardizing operational excellence including execution of operating systems across locations
- manage daily store operations when managers or supervisors are unavailable
- ensure customer satisfaction and profitability
- investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality or service
- collaborate with supervisory teams to allocate duties across stores
- oversee store appearance cleanliness merchandising food safety and equipment maintenance
- recruit train and develop staff to uphold company standards
- identify sales growth opportunities and manage expenses
- enforce employee compliance with health safety and company policies
- encourage team participation in goal setting and action planning
- work 40-50 hours per week including early morning and evening shifts possibly seven days per week
- prepare and serve specialty beverages and cover shifts as needed
- collaborate with marketing on social media and promotional campaigns
- support new store openings including construction and setup activities
- provide ongoing performance feedback and development to staff
- implement progressive discipline and partner with HR as necessary
- manage staffing schedules to align with business needs and maintain labor costs
- ensure shifts are fully staffed at all times
- supervise cash handling and point of sale procedures
- support financial reporting and inventory management
- ensure adherence to opening and closing procedures and report as needed
