Job Requirements

  • Willingness to relocate
  • Legally able to work within state and federal guidelines
  • Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
  • Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Excellent face-to-face customer interaction skills
  • Ability to multi-task under busy conditions and maintain a positive attitude
  • Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, on-call availability, and travel
  • Compliance with company uniform and hygiene policies

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a property manager for a multi-site portfolio
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role
  • Multi-site, multi-unit management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in property management and financial reporting systems

Job Duties

  • Manage regional revenue targets including rate management, rent roll reviews, pet and document fee collections, and past due accounts
  • Monitor and improve occupancy through call tracking, property visits, resident feedback, and staff management
  • Ensure readiness of vacant units for immediate rental adhering to quality standards
  • Oversee curb appeal by inspecting exteriors, managing vendors, and ensuring timely facility maintenance
  • Cultivate a customer service culture promoting resident satisfaction and prompt guest recovery
  • Conduct employee training and performance evaluations to maintain operational standards
  • Collaborate with marketing and executive leadership to drive property and portfolio performance
