Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience as a property manager for a multi-site portfolio
- Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisory role
- Experience with multi-site, multi-unit operations
- Willingness to relocate
- Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
- Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
- Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to interact face-to-face with customers
- Ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude in busy environments
- Schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, on-call availability, and travel
- Compliance with brand and company uniform and hygiene policies
Job Qualifications

- Experience managing multi-site, multi-unit properties
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze financial reports and market conditions

Job Duties
- Manage revenue to meet or exceed budgeted goals
- Oversee occupancy rates and implement strategies to increase call volume
- Conduct weekly inspections of ready and occupied rooms to ensure quality
- Ensure timely completion of work orders and proper documentation
- Hire and train customer service representatives according to company standards
- Verify staffing levels and approve vendor services
- Monitor curb appeal and hold vendors accountable for property maintenance
- Promote exceptional customer service and conduct regular resident engagement
- Support and participate in community and company events
