Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum three years’ experience as property manager for multi-site portfolio
  • Minimum five years’ experience in supervisory role
  • Multi-site, multi-unit experience
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines
  • Continuous standing and walking during shifts
  • Ability to bend, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Face-to-face interaction skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain positive in busy environments
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, on-call, and travel
  • Compliance with uniform and hygiene policies

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum three years’ experience managing multi-site property portfolios
  • Minimum five years’ supervisory experience
  • Experience with multi-site, multi-unit property management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Proficient in property management software and technology
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service oriented mindset
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data
  • Effective vendor and expense management skills

Job Duties

  • Manage rate adjustments to align with market conditions
  • Review rent rolls monthly and adjust below-market rate units
  • Ensure collection of pet and document fees
  • Oversee past due rent collection in compliance with company policies
  • Monitor and improve call rail and call list effectiveness
  • Conduct weekly walkthroughs of ready and occupied rooms
  • Perform resident callbacks and two-day knock and talks for occupancy improvement
  • Verify work orders completion and task entry in Gearco
  • Conduct second interviews for Customer Service Representative positions
  • Train new CSR hires according to company standards
  • Maintain accurate down rooms list and dispatch system
  • Ensure qualified maintenance staffing and adequate property staffing
  • Review purchase accuracy and vendor schedules
  • Approve temporary labor and service vendors
  • Confirm GM or appointed representative approval on ready rooms
  • Inspect property exteriors and coordinate curb appeal efforts
  • Hold vendors accountable for landscaping, pest control, and facilities maintenance
  • Ensure completion of facilities work within budget and timeline
  • Address curb appeal issues promptly with VP
  • Promote company motto and oversee Siegel Cares initiatives
  • Review and act on Siegel Cares feedback
  • Enforce uniform and guest recovery training
  • Administer Quarterly PM Maintenance Program
  • Engage with residents for feedback
  • Support Siegel Cares events fully
