Job Requirements
- minimum 5-7 years of progressive hotel management experience
- at least 3 years in a multi-property or regional leadership role
- strong financial acumen
- experience managing p&l statements, budgets, and forecasting
- proven leadership abilities

- knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
- flexibility to travel frequently
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- provide leadership and direction to general managers and property leadership teams across assigned hotels
- develop and execute operational strategies to achieve revenue growth, profitability, and service excellence
- monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and implement action plans to maximize efficiency and results
- ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- drive guest satisfaction and online reputation scores through consistent service quality and problem resolution
- lead recruitment, training, and development of property management teams to foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement
- partner with sales and marketing to develop and execute strategies that increase occupancy, revpar, and market share
- oversee capital projects, renovations, and maintenance initiatives to protect and enhance asset value
- conduct regular property visits to assess performance, provide coaching, and support local leadership
- collaborate with corporate leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
