Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience in hospitality preferably with multi-location oversight
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning business development and operational management
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting profit and loss analysis
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to work on-site across various regional locations
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office suite

Job Qualifications

  • Proven management experience in the hospitality industry with a strong background in supervising teams across multiple locations
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and executing business development initiatives that drive revenue growth
  • Solid understanding of profit and loss management budgeting and financial analysis
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and cultivate a collaborative workplace culture
  • Experience in project management with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for expansion and increased profitability
  • Exceptional communication skills with the capacity to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall performance of regional hospitality venues aligning with company goals
  • Lead motivate and supervise multiple teams across locations to ensure high standards of service cleanliness and safety
  • Oversee profit and loss statements ensuring financial targets are met through effective cost control and revenue growth strategies
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities building partnerships and expanding market presence
  • Manage project timelines for renovations new openings or process improvements to ensure timely and within-budget execution
  • Continuously analyze operational data to identify areas for process improvement efficiency gains and enhanced guest satisfaction
  • Foster a culture of leadership accountability and innovation within your teams to promote a positive work environment and high employee engagement
