Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in hospitality, sports, or event operations leadership
- Proven track record managing multi-site operations
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Strong budgeting and financial management experience
- Exceptional communication and client relationship abilities
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours including nights and weekends

- 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, sports, or event operations
- Proven ability to run complex, high-volume operations with a hands-on leadership style
- Strong communication and client-management skills
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
- Willingness to travel frequently and work event-based hours including nights, weekends, and game days
- Deep belief in the principle of how you do anything is how you do everything
Job Duties
- Lead multi-venue operations and ensure seamless execution across events
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing regional team
- Partner with venue clients and corporate leadership to deliver world-class service
- Drive growth through operational performance and regional expansion
- Manage budgets, staffing metrics, and profitability
- Cultivate the EATS2SEATS people-first culture and service standard
