Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service skill using Aramark's methodology
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to handle physical tasks involving objects up to 50 pounds
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory role
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant practical experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to create and preserve strong client and customer connections
- Skilled in delivering outstanding customer service using Aramark's approved service methodology
- Proficient in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with various departments
- Ability to tolerate prolonged standing
- Capable of handling, moving, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential

- Ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations
- Plan and lead daily team briefings
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
- Identify client needs and communicate operational progress

- Ensure entire team is trained and able to implement food production, quality and control
- Supervise team regarding production, quality and control
