Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory role
  • bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to maintain strong client and customer connections
  • capability to deliver excellent customer service
  • able to work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • ability to handle physical demands such as lifting objects up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory role
  • candidates with a bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience are preferred
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • ability to create and preserve strong client and customer connections for mutually beneficial business relationships
  • skillfulness in delivering outstanding customer service by following Aramark's approved service methodology
  • proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with various departments to deliver a unified food service experience to all customers
  • ability to handle, move, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • tolerance for prolonged standing

Job Duties

  • Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential

  • plan and lead daily team briefings
  • ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
  • identify client needs and communicate operational progress
  • ensure the completion and maintenance of profit and loss statements

  • follow operational excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
  • ensure entire team is trained and able to implement operational standards
  • supervise team regarding production, quality, and control
  • maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers, and employees
