Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory role
  • ability to tolerate prolonged standing
  • ability to handle, move, push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • basic financial management skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory role is required
  • candidates with a bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience are preferred
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • creating and preserving strong client and customer connections for the advancement of mutually beneficial business relationships
  • illustrating skillfulness in delivering outstanding customer service by following Aramark's approved service methodology
  • proficient in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with various departments to deliver a unified food service experience to all customers
  • ability to tolerate prolonged standing
  • ability to handle, move, push and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Use Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential
  • reward and recognize employees
  • ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations
  • plan and lead daily team briefings
  • ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
  • identify client needs and communicate operational progress
  • ensure the completion and maintenance of P and L statements
  • deliver client and company financial targets
  • follow the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives
  • ensure entire team is trained and able to implement
  • supervise team regarding production, quality and control
  • maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees
