Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of progressive leadership experience in restaurant or hotel food and beverage operations
- Prior task force, multi-property, or transition management experience preferred
- Knowledge of hotel F&B operations, including Marriott, IHG, Hyatt and Hilton standards
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and lead teams toward consistent operational excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Skills in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Flexibility to travel frequently and work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe or local food safety certification (or ability to obtain)

Job Duties
- Serve as acting F&B leader across restaurant, bar, room service, banquets, and pool/outdoor venues as needed
- Provide leadership, training, and operational consistency during transitional periods
- Support and guide on-site F&B management teams with SOP implementation and brand compliance
- Evaluate service delivery and staff performance
- implement corrective actions when necessary
- Drive profitability by analyzing labor, cost of goods, and revenue performance
- initiate cost-saving and revenue-generating strategies
- Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and development of new F&B leaders
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, liquor laws, and food handling standards
- Collaborate with the corporate teams on property-level projects and brand rollouts
- Lead or assist with pre-opening, opening, and renovation support when applicable
- Address guest feedback and ensure timely, effective service recovery
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all F&B venues in collaboration with engineering and housekeeping departments
- Act as liaison with vendors, corporate F&B, and procurement for product consistency and inventory control
