Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma, GED, or ability to complete GED program within 6 months
- standard computer or technology skills
- conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- must be able to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals
- must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
- must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
- willingness to participate in pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
- NLDW, CPR, and AED
Job Qualifications

- good attention to detail
- ability to respond rapidly and effectively in emergencies using appropriate escalation
- certifications such as NLDW, CPR, and AED preferred
Job Duties
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation
- secure entrances and exits
- conduct patrols inside and outside client’s premises in various weather conditions
- frequent interactions with client employees and guests
- identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
- protect evidence or scene of incident in emergencies or investigations
- set up barriers or signage and provide direction or information
- carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site
