Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years event marketing or related experience
- Proven success in lead generation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to manage and develop others
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Travel within assigned region 20-30 percent
- Evening and weekend availability
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and suitable transportation
- Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds occasionally

- Experience in lead generation for residential home improvement industry (preferred)
- Leadership or supervisory experience in event marketing, retail, or restaurant (preferred)
- Multi-site management experience (preferred)
Job Duties
- Manage and execute event marketing initiatives to generate leads and meet sales targets
- Recruit and develop event team including Event Marketing Managers and Promoters
- Train, schedule, and manage event staff adhering to department and HR guidelines
- Conduct regular meetings with team members for training and lead generation improvement
- Perform office visits for support, inventory checks, and event plan reviews
- Coordinate event booking processes including contracts, W9, and Certificates of Insurance
- Assist in exhibit display setup and removal at events
- Develop local retail partnerships and community sponsorship programs for lead generation
- Monitor productivity and quality metrics to meet regional and departmental standards
- Provide backup support for event operations during staff absences
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and best practices
- Maintain timely submission of payroll, leads, and reporting
