Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
minimum of 2 years experience leading teams
strong skills in budgeting and event planning
excellent communication abilities
capability to manage and develop teams
ability to multitask and prioritize
attention to detail
knowledge of event marketing best practices
flexible to work evenings and weekends
willingness to travel frequently (more than 50 percent domestically)
valid driver’s license
reliable transportation
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
legal authorization to work

skilled in budgeting, planning, and event strategies

valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

Research, organize, and manage local events to generate maximum sales leads and appointments
connect with potential customers to schedule in-home consultations for Patio Enclosures sales representatives
recruit, train, and mentor field marketing teams to ensure local success and team development
optimize budgets to maximize ROI for each event and establish achievable goals alongside management
handle team scheduling, payroll approvals, and conduct performance reviews to drive improvement
analyze results to identify areas for growth and deliver actionable insights
collaborate with corporate marketing to align strategies and support larger organizational objectives
