Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- minimum of 2 years experience leading teams
- strong skills in budgeting and event planning
- excellent communication abilities
- capability to manage and develop teams
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- attention to detail
- knowledge of event marketing best practices
- flexible to work evenings and weekends
- willingness to travel frequently (more than 50 percent domestically)
- valid driver’s license
- reliable transportation
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- legal authorization to work

Job Duties
- Research, organize, and manage local events to generate maximum sales leads and appointments
- connect with potential customers to schedule in-home consultations for Patio Enclosures sales representatives
- recruit, train, and mentor field marketing teams to ensure local success and team development
- optimize budgets to maximize ROI for each event and establish achievable goals alongside management
- handle team scheduling, payroll approvals, and conduct performance reviews to drive improvement
- analyze results to identify areas for growth and deliver actionable insights
- collaborate with corporate marketing to align strategies and support larger organizational objectives
