Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • minimum of 2 years experience leading teams
  • strong skills in budgeting and event planning
  • excellent communication abilities
  • capability to manage and develop teams
  • ability to multitask and prioritize
  • attention to detail
  • knowledge of event marketing best practices
  • flexible to work evenings and weekends
  • willingness to travel frequently (more than 50 percent domestically)
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • legal authorization to work

Job Duties

  • Research, organize, and manage local events to generate maximum sales leads and appointments
  • connect with potential customers to schedule in-home consultations for Patio Enclosures sales representatives
  • recruit, train, and mentor field marketing teams to ensure local success and team development
  • optimize budgets to maximize ROI for each event and establish achievable goals alongside management
  • handle team scheduling, payroll approvals, and conduct performance reviews to drive improvement
  • analyze results to identify areas for growth and deliver actionable insights
  • collaborate with corporate marketing to align strategies and support larger organizational objectives
