Job Requirements
- experience in event operations preferred
- experience in the game of baseball is required

- ability to think on your feet and handle conflict
- willingness to travel and be away from home for 2 to 10 days at a time
- legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- organize and run youth and high school age baseball tournaments in the Western region
- manage tournament schedules and provide customer service
- oversee staffing and equipment procurement for events
- assist with merchandise and warehouse inventory
- greet coaches and players and manage onsite operational needs
- handle vendor payments, inventory, and financial reconciliation after events
- engage in sales, field acquisition, hiring staff, and future event planning during off-season
- collaborate regularly with internal departments and external coaches and vendors
- facilitate local and occasional national travel to attend events
