Job Duties
- provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times
- manage time efficiently and maintain a continuous stream of customer contacts
- develop and foster business through proactive sales and networking
- document all sales activities in the sales system
- use sales analytics and reporting tools to identify hotel needs and opportunities
- assist and train general managers on effective sales management
- lead marketing and sales efforts for pre-opening or renovated hotels
- maintain relationships with brand segment leaders and participate in relevant meetings
- prepare and provide ownership reporting on market research, hotel performance, and forecasting
- ensure clear communication between on-property, regional, and corporate leaders
- comply with company policies and carry out management requests
- process travel and marketing expenses with proper approvals
