Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years hotel sales leadership experience
- Experience managing multiple hotel properties or regions
- Strong knowledge of California hospitality markets
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Data analysis and strategic planning abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel regularly to market locations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive hotel sales leadership experience, preferably multi-property or regional
- Strong knowledge of California markets and demand drivers
- Proven track record in coaching and building motivated, results-driven sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels
- Data-driven and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and growth-oriented environments
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor Directors of Sales and on-property sales teams
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies tailored to local markets
- Drive top-line revenue growth across transient, group, and catering segments
- Build strong relationships with key accounts, brand partners, and community stakeholders
- Analyze market data, pace reports, and forecasts to inform strategic decisions
- Partner with revenue management, marketing, and operations to align goals and execution
- Be present in the market by traveling regularly to properties and key client meetings
