Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of multi-site operational management experience in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare
- Proven leadership skills managing through other managers
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to interpret and implement contractual requirements
- Willingness to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- Ability to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment as required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred in food service, hospitality, facilities, or business management
- Ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and business growth
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and support staff
- Comfortable with reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements including identifying operational opportunities
- Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment
- Proven ability to lead through other managers
- Experience in creating and managing department budgets, financial controls, and analysis
- Experience crafting product sales strategies and operational programs
- 2-3 years of multi-site experience within senior living, hospitality, or healthcare
Job Duties
- Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services while managing hands-on execution
- Manage client and community relationships at multiple locations to assess operations and develop plans for optimal service
- Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff capable of achieving organizational goals
- Recommend methods, resources, and implementations for service improvement and growth based on operational needs and contract obligations
- Partner with finance to manage budgets and optimize financial performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and maintain associated records and reports
- Maintain compliance with company standards including safety and business conduct policies at all times
