Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Eight plus years of progressive hotel finance or accounting experience including property-level Director of Finance or Area Finance leadership
- Experience supporting multiple hotels or resorts in a decentralized accounting model
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and hospitality accounting standards
- Flexibility to travel frequently and be available for on-site hotel placements
- Background with full-service hotels or resorts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Eight plus years of progressive hotel finance or accounting experience
- Experience as property-level Director of Finance or Area Finance leadership
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and hospitality accounting standards such as USALI
- Experience supporting multiple hotels or resorts in a decentralized accounting model
- Background with full-service hotels or resorts
- Mixed-use or condo-hotel experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide strategic financial leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of hotels
- Partner closely with Regional Operations, General Managers, Ownership Groups, and Corporate Leadership
- Drive profitability and ensure financial integrity across assigned properties
- Support long-term asset value growth through financial planning and analysis
- Travel as needed for on-site placements and provide hands-on financial support
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and hospitality accounting standards such as USALI
