Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • Eight plus years of progressive hotel finance or accounting experience including property-level Director of Finance or Area Finance leadership
  • Experience supporting multiple hotels or resorts in a decentralized accounting model
  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and hospitality accounting standards
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and be available for on-site hotel placements
  • Background with full-service hotels or resorts
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • Eight plus years of progressive hotel finance or accounting experience
  • Experience as property-level Director of Finance or Area Finance leadership
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and hospitality accounting standards such as USALI
  • Experience supporting multiple hotels or resorts in a decentralized accounting model
  • Background with full-service hotels or resorts
  • Mixed-use or condo-hotel experience is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic financial leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of hotels
  • Partner closely with Regional Operations, General Managers, Ownership Groups, and Corporate Leadership
  • Drive profitability and ensure financial integrity across assigned properties
  • Support long-term asset value growth through financial planning and analysis
  • Travel as needed for on-site placements and provide hands-on financial support
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP and hospitality accounting standards such as USALI
