Job Requirements

- 5+ years leading multi-site operations (warehousing, logistics, distribution)
- P&L ownership and strong financial acumen
- Expertise in WMS, routing, inventory, and delivery systems
- Experience managing large, distributed teams
- Analytical, tech-savvy, and highly collaborative
- Regional travel required

Job Duties
- Lead multi-site warehouse, fulfillment, and delivery operations
- Ensure inventory accuracy, route optimization, and safety compliance
- Manage fleet operations and logistics technology for real-time visibility
- Improve productivity, fulfillment speed, and delivery performance
- Own regional P&L, budgeting, and margin performance
- Forecast revenue, manage costs, and reduce waste
- Develop warehouse managers, supervisors, drivers, and service teams
- Build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Drive employee engagement, coaching, and retention
- Serve as executive contact for key regional accounts
- Support client onboarding and partner with sales on regional growth
- Monitor satisfaction and lead service-quality improvements
- Collaborate with leadership to scale best practices across sites
- Lead projects involving automation, system upgrades, and fleet modernization
- Champion change management and process optimization
