Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in related studies culinary hospitality or dietitian
- Experience in healthcare culinary services preferred
- Certified Dietary Manager
- Serve Safe Certified

Job Duties
- Manage the Culinary Services Departments for the entire organization including contracted culinary services
- Design and implement organizational food services programs and strategies to achieve assigned goals
- Ensure compliance with operating policies procedures and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with appropriate personnel across departments
- Directly supervise assigned personnel in culinary services
- Provide periodic reports on culinary operations
- Lead all culinary operations in continuous quality improvement efforts
