Job Requirements
- 5 years driving experience
- valid commercial driver's license
- pass pre-hire DOT requirements and fitness test
- driver assists with unloading freight
- strong customer service focus
- comply with DOT rules and safety regulations
- willingness to work with inward and outward facing cameras
- truck speed governed at 68 mph
- no pets or passengers allowed
Job Qualifications
- minimum 5 years recent verifiable driving experience
- good driving record with not more than one minor violation preferred clean record
- knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- experience operating reefer trucks and driver-assisted unloading
- ability to work as part of a team
- strong customer service skills
- ability to drive in inclement weather and perform chaining
Job Duties
- drive regional routes covering AZ, NV, and CA with potential lanes in the western states and Colorado, Texas
- unload freight to customer using pallets and pallet jack
- ensure compliance with DOT rules and safety regulations
- operate reefer trucks carrying food and beverage supplies for airlines
- provide excellent customer service as the company representative
- assist with sorting and down stacking of freight cases
- maintain safe driving habits including chaining in inclement weather
