Job Requirements

  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to travel 10-15%
  • must be able to sit and stand for extended periods
  • ability to safely lift up to 15 lbs
  • prior experience in community or civic engagement preferred
  • effective time management skills
  • strong communication skills
  • part-time availability approximately 25 hours per month
  • ability to work under supervision and take initiative
  • willingness to sign an NDA and submit to a background check

  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • experience in community engagement, ministry partnerships, and civic engagement
  • ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • prior involvement with TPUSA Faith and civic engagement
  • willingness to fulfill all listed and any additional duties assigned
  • receives and applies feedback constructively
  • effectively reports updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner
  • demonstrates physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 15 lbs
  • valid driver’s license and ability to travel to locations as needed

Job Duties

  • assist in planning, organizing, and executing regional events that promote collaboration among partner churches and faith groups
  • attend weekly meetings with the Regional Manager to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for enhancing church partnerships and goals
  • prepare and submit comprehensive monthly reports detailing partnership activities, event outcomes, and recommendations for future initiatives
  • work collaboratively with the Regional Manager to ensure alignment of efforts across TPUSA Faith territory, including phone banking, conducting research, and tabling at local events
  • build and maintain strong relationships with diverse church groups in the region
  • manage time effectively and prioritize tasks within a flexible schedule
  • report updates and progress to leadership in a timely manner
