Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 8-hour shifts
- Must be available to work morning, afternoon, evening and overnight shifts
- Must be comfortable working with and around large groups of people
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to stand for entire 8-hour shift
- Must be willing to work 40 hours per week
- Weekends and holidays required
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree preferred
- Experience as concierge, front desk, or customer service role preferred
- Experience in high-impact guest service environment is a plus
- Self-motivated with ability to multitask while composed
- Professional appearance with positive and attentive demeanor
- Customer service driven with passion for high-level service
Job Duties
- Help provide consistent luxury service across the portfolio
- Greet and screen all visitors
- Attend packages and deliveries
- Monitor security systems and property inspections
- Maintain accurate records and shift notes
- Communicate resident concerns to property management
- Conduct property walks and support operations as needed
