Job Requirements
- Experience as a cook or in a related role required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation principles and food safety regulations
- Ability to acquire food safety certification
- Basic math skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing

Job Duties
- Adapt duties and responsibilities to meet client and operational needs
- Follow production instructions and standardized recipes
- Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, blending, cutting, trimming, and peeling
- Safely use utensils and appliances including knives, ovens, and mixers
- Utilize cooking methods such as baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming
- Structure, enhance, and portion dishes according to regulations
- Maintain food quality, safety, and sanitation
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- Follow Aramark safety protocols and food safety procedures
- Ensure safety of organizational resources
