Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum seven years of sales or business experience
- At least two years of leadership experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps

Job Duties
- Assumes U.S accountability for specialty company sales through consistent application of practices and procedures
- Monitors changing customer landscape and industry trends to ensure departmental alignment with customer needs
- Serves as liaison between cross-functional areas and divisions including commercial sales, GPOs, and marketing
- Analyzes key performance indicators and statistical data to establish goals and formulate standard practices
- Utilizes corporate vision and philosophy to develop and implement division commercial sales strategies
- Participates in home office projects, division senior planning meetings, and manages communication flow
- Interviews, hires, trains, and retains business development sales staff while mentoring and developing the team
