Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum seven years of sales or business experience
  • At least two years of leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps

Job Duties

  • Assumes U.S accountability for specialty company sales through consistent application of practices and procedures
  • Monitors changing customer landscape and industry trends to ensure departmental alignment with customer needs
  • Serves as liaison between cross-functional areas and divisions including commercial sales, GPOs, and marketing
  • Analyzes key performance indicators and statistical data to establish goals and formulate standard practices
  • Utilizes corporate vision and philosophy to develop and implement division commercial sales strategies
  • Participates in home office projects, division senior planning meetings, and manages communication flow
  • Interviews, hires, trains, and retains business development sales staff while mentoring and developing the team
