Job Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years' bar and restaurant experience
- a minimum of 3 years' multi-unit bar and hospitality management
- a minimum of 5 years' management experience

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, and other organizational computer tools

Job Duties
- Conduct bartender training and development programs
- provide coaching, leadership training, and performance evaluations for managers
- lead structured training sessions for field managers to refine skills and ensure service consistency
- perform regular in-center beverage audits to ensure compliance with company policies, inventory accuracy, and quality control
- assist with new location openings, overseeing bar setup, staff training, and operational readiness
- monitor inventory levels, reduce waste, and maintain accurate cost reporting
- stay up to date with industry trends and market updates
- conduct new product and cocktail testing
- provide insights on bar layout to enhance efficiency, workflow, and guest experience
- implement strategies to control costs and maximize profitability through effective purchasing and portion control
- identify and execute revenue-driving initiatives, such as promotions, seasonal offerings, and strategic pricing
- develop and implement bottle service programs, ensuring seamless execution and profitability
- establish and maintain strong relationships with beverage vendors to optimize pricing, selection, and promotions
- oversee POS button submissions and ensure seamless integration of new offerings
- participate in the hiring and onboarding of bar managers
- balance operational, administrative, and colleague needs
- manage time effectively while maintaining a high standard of execution
- perform other duties as assigned
