Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in regional or outside sales
- Valid driver’s license and reliable car for travel
- Ability to manage multiple dealer relationships
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years of regional sales experience in field or outside sales
- Proven success meeting sales goals consistently
- Big ticket retail sales experience is a plus
- Home improvement product sales experience is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 50-60% by car including overnight stays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Generate regional sales by managing dealer base within the territory south of Sacramento extending into Los Angeles County
- Prospect open territory, qualify companies and onboard new dealers
- Conduct dealer site visits to train dealers in sales, service, operations and marketing functions
- Serve as liaison between dealers and Jacuzzi Hot Tubs/Sundance Spas to solve problems and clarify policies
- Maintain good working relationships with dealers
- Adhere to territorial spending goals and budgets
