Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- Ten years of experience working in the convenience store/gasoline industry or more preferred
- Including minimum of 5 years of management responsibility
- Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred
- May require up to 50% travel annually
- Comfortable public speaker and presenter
- Valid driver’s license required

Job Duties
- Ensure market competitiveness by monitoring and evaluating competitor pricing activities
- Analyze market surveys and prepare forecasts
- Review financial status by evaluating cash/over reports, inventory shortages, and expenses
- Determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements
- Improve sales and profits by consulting with gasoline and marketing departments to develop strategies
- Maintain store facilities by conducting inspections and evaluating inventory and merchandising
- Protect employees, customers, and assets by maintaining a safe work environment
- Prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions
- Recruit, select, orient, and train employees
- Communicate job expectations, coach, counsel, and discipline employees
- Plan and appraise job results fostering a positive growth environment
- Attend educational workshops and participate in professional societies
- Work with Real Estate to evaluate future store acquisition opportunities
- Engage governmental agencies occasionally
