Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of sales and/or distributor management experience within the alcohol beverage or CPG industry
- 5+ years leading and driving performance across high-performing, multi-level teams
- Proven ability to hire, develop, motivate, and lead teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions
- Demonstrated negotiation, influencing, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively with supplier, distributor, and broker partners
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%
