Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including early AM and PM shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Replenish food and beverage items in the Regency Club lounge
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the lounge area
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIPs and frequent guests
- Monitor and restock periodicals and media options
- Assist guests with inquiries and special requests
- Ensure lounge amenities are available and functioning
- Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards
