Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to Regency Club guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Regency Club lounge
- Stock and replenish food and beverage offerings
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests
- Monitor and uphold club standards and policies
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Perform daily opening and closing duties of the lounge
