Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform cleaning and stocking duties
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must comply with Hyatt’s grooming and appearance standards

Job Duties
- Refresh and restock the Regency Club lounge
- Provide attentive and personalized guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the club
- Assist with food and beverage service within the lounge
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt’s standards of quality and hospitality
- Coordinate with other hotel departments for smooth operations
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly
