- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the Regency Club lounge
- Provide exceptional customer service to VIP and frequent stay members
- Restock food and beverage offerings as needed
- Ensure all media and technology in the lounge are functioning properly
- Engage with guests and respond promptly to requests
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
- Assist in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere
