Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the Regency Club lounge
- Provide food and beverage services to VIP guests and frequent stay members
- Ensure availability of current periodicals and media technology options
- Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor and replenish lounge supplies and amenities
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
- Uphold Hyatt's standards of hospitality and service
