- Refresh the Regency Club lounge
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the club
- Provide excellent customer service to VIPs and frequent stay members
- Manage food and beverage service within the lounge
- Ensure availability of current periodicals and media options
- Assist guests with inquiries and special requests
- Support compliance with health and safety standards
