Job Duties
- refresh the lounge regularly to maintain cleanliness and organization
- provide courteous and attentive service to Regency Club guests
- maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the Regency Club facilities
- assist with setting up food and beverage service areas
- ensure all media and periodicals are up to date and neatly presented
- respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
- uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism
