Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the Regency Club lounge
- Provide excellent customer service to VIP and frequent stay members
- Restock food, beverage, and amenities in the Regency Club
- Assist guests with requests and inquiries in a professional manner
- Ensure proper maintenance and presentation of the lounge environment
- Support the opening and closing procedures of the Regency Club
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience
