Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and evenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service protocols
- Must be detail oriented and able to maintain cleanliness

- Ability to work early AM and PM shifts
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the Regency Club lounge
- Provide food and beverage services to guests
- Assist VIPs and frequent stay members with their needs
- Ensure the lounge environment is welcoming and comfortable
- Monitor and restock amenities and supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
